Refund policy for online courses:

A refund of previously paid registration fees will be made as follows:

• Refund request 15 days prior to commencement of course/workshop – full refund minus processing fee of 5% of the course fee.
• Refund request 14 days or less, prior to commencement of course/workshop, please email admin@hpac.sg
